i will do both to be INCREDIBLY fast..
1. Go to the Mages Guild in Balmora
2. Buy a Resist Magicka spell
3. Make a spell that casts 100 pts Resist Magicka for 1 Second on Self
4. Teleport to Caldera
5. Take the northern road out of town, head right towards Ald-Ruhn
6. You will see a female Redguard with shiny boots. Kill her (or complete her quest)
7. Cast the spell
8. Equip the boots as soon as you hear the whooshing noise

Nice, you haven't read the thread yet. This page has been linked to several times, once by myself.
First, being able to smoke the refined form of moon sugar does not imply that it is possible to smoke moon sugar itself.
Second, skooma is a product of nightshade and moon sugar. Nightshade is a plant, which I can accept does burn and can be smoked. How exactly the nightshade is combined with the refined moon sugar is dubious, but I'll suspend my disbelief in this case. Again, this does not demonstrate that moon sugar alone is smoked.

Why does this game run so poorly on my computer? Because of how old it is, I feel like I should be getting at least 60fps at all times, but it drops into the 30s in towns.
