Yeah, Jedi Outcast was better than Jedi Academy. From both a Single- and Multiplayer angle. Jedi Academy was fun tho, but the new moves they added were retarded and dual wielding was hopelessly OP.

On the whole though, Jedi Academy had GOAT multiplayer interactions. My god, the roleplaying clans and the modding community... It made for the best online experience I've ever had.

Nothing, I just prefer Jedi Outcast so I see no reason to play Jedi Academy, other than the higher activity.

ok, from the main menu click multiplayer then join, hit cancel in the box that pops up and in the drop down box in the upper left select lan and let it load. you may need to hit refresh a time or two

The original grasped it better imo, Jedi Knight II was a bit too glossy/prequel feeling.
