That's pretty accurate for me. The only time I pay more is when it's shit I absolutely know I'll want. Like I went balls deep on Fallout 4 and preordered it for $40 and got the season pass for $24, but that's the most I've spent on a game in years. Even other shit I knew I wanted immediately like Xcom 2 I preordered for $30.Probably gonna preorder Stellaris though, that might go over.

I've broken the Golden Rule (Adjusted) about 5 times in the past five years.
15 or 20 unadjusted, or if you count DLC.
DaS3 is the 6th game I've payed more than $35 for in 5 years. I hope it doesn't suck.

Except it's not, you can't apply an across-the-board hike to the American dollar without accounting for other factors or even what field the money is being spent in and act like you're accounting for inflation or that the two values are at all equal
I don't use steam too much anymore, most of my games have less hours recorded by steam than I've played. This account is 6 years old.
