Why hasn't this game gotten the GOTY 2015 award?
the story feels like it was written by a 13 year old. Rest of it was bretty gud tho
Honestly, it would be more charming if it didn't have those ech characters. But how was the dlc? I might go back to the game one day

Just played this for the first time, recently.
Simply. It's good, but not great.
The story and characters are honestly what holds it back more than anything. Aside from that it is a faily solid game though.
7.8/10... 7.8/10 isnt GoTY though.

I played it with a friend and we avoided the story till the very end, then we realized we hadn't done it and the jade love scenario was the most cringy shit, but in the best possible way ever.

Still wouldnt be able to beat out the other GOTY contenders though, even if they were subpar.
MGSV was flawed but still a solid 8/10 at least
Fallout 4 was deeply flawed, but still had more to offer than Dying Light
And, all memeing aside, TW3 was a great game...
All better than Dying Light. It's not a bad game, just not a great game either.

Best part was the start, actually being scared of the night, as soon as you get better and aren't bothered by the night zombies it's just another shitty game.
