Already working on my next 9 levels. Got 4 out of 9 made so far. 109 stars away from next medal. Will be going through and playing as many levels as I can now.

Same for your second level, even though I couldn't beat it.
There's lots of advanced Kaizo stuff that I just can't do, like P-Switch jumps or shell wall jumps. Still, they look pretty nice.

He doesn't straight up copy them usually. Lots of them are based around the idea of taking the 'gimmick' from a level in DKC and translating it to Mario. Super clever lots of the time actually, I recommend checking them out if you like DKC.

For clarity, most people make sort of "tributes", where its just a level remade in SMB with a Diddy or Donkey costume.
I however, try to strive towards the original mechanics and gameplay feeling of the original levels.
For example, one of the ones I am now working on is Screech's Sprint, from DKC2. There's a race where, if the enemy reaches the finish line first, you lose. I figured out a way to have the same feeling of racing Screech.

Just got done playing and beating your level. Gave it a star, it gives me hope. I can admit, I am none too good at puzzlers, so the keys and red coins update got me a bit worried, but your level is really well made and well structured. It also looks awesome, love how you made a crescent moon.
