I remember it being completely ridiculous.
>>331470307
>>331470557
I also played and loved it. Then when I brought up the game people shit on it, then talked about Dissidia.
Darc is the first edgelord I can remember
i never ended up finishing this
maybe i'll emulate it
>>331470772
Arc 1-2 are the only ones worth playing.
>>331471057

>a Final Fantasy 7 title
>thinking no one else has played it
Another one
>>331470557
>>331470771
It was a great fucking game
Just awful story
They should have sold it as its own shut instead of grabbing ff7 and dragging it through their scat loving Japanese asses back and fort
Also this
I autistically played the shit out of this game
>>331471107
Yeah. Arc the Lad is a classic srpg series. 2 is a gem of the genre. But starting with 3 it went complete shit and never recovered.
>>331470307
played it, beat it, enjoyed it.
>>331471446
Pink bike gave me the biggest of boners
I played it and then went to newgame+ and got to rosso the crimsons fight before giving up because I didnt have enough ammo to kill her.
It becomes an entirely different game on ng+ turns into a sniping game
I know I'm not the only one who's played it
>>331470307
>only i played a Final Fantasy game
You are next level retard

MY DICK
No one ever talks about it.
I played this a ton as a little kid.
>>331472206
Had that on a demo disc when I was younger. Such an interesting weird game.
Never ever seen anyone mention it.
>>331472345
The full game and deathmatch was great on Dreamcast. I never played the PS2 version.
>>331472437
bought it on a whim, was alright.
>>331472437
I've looked into this game several times and each time I end up forgetting about it and going with something else
Some guy stole my copy, it still hurts
>>331472437
wasn't too shabby but the ending left me very confused
>>331470307
Nobody ever talks about it. Nothing really to talk about it aside from using it to be an wannabe DJ in the comfort of your own home.
>>331472891
I actually have both MAXIMO games coming in the mail. Should be here Tuesday.
>>331473315
Hey I own this game. Bought it for seven bucks when I was a young lad It was surprisingly fun
This game
>>331473326
Get ready, they're hard as fuck, but great experiences.
>>331470629
Read up this just now, it sounds absolutely insane
>>331473829
It was pretty decent, even if the QTEs were kind of clunk, and random.
>Climb up diving board
>suddenly attacked by men in black
Shit was weird
>>331470307
I've been using DoC as an example when talking about my expectations for combat in 7 remake. I had to mod my ps2 just to play that game.
>>331473118
I had Music2000 and have dumb memories with my brothers but it really wasn't that special.
The Punisher on PS2
>>331472891
Took me around 6 hours to complete. A third game was planned but cancelled.
>>331474512
I had that but my game crashed right before the game loaded. So technically I still haven't played it.
Was it actually any good? The box showed you putting people under band saws and shit iirc.
>>331470376
why are japanese artists obsessed with buckles and clasps of any kind?
this game for me.
So many fucktons of obscure, middle-of-the-road srpgs on PS/PS2/PS3. And I played them all.
>>331470307
dont even pretend like any of you faggots have played Evergrace
>>331472891
OH FUCK I REMEMBER THIS GAME
>>331476397
yesssssssssss god this game is so hard jesus christ
>>331476427
I never played it, but it gets posted all the time and has a decent following.
But people always post it in these because it's special snowflake tier.
I've never seen Bloodwake mentioned here, even though it was pretty god tier and had a lot of content.
>>331476427
Deep cut anon but I did actually play this game it was bad and the soundtrack is one of the most confusing out of place things ever.
Just listen to this shit its so bad it might actually be brilliant.

>>331472089
No idea where I got it from, but I fuckin love gubble
>>331476773
>has a decent following.
I think your talking out of your ass. The game was garbage and sold poorly I doubt it has a "following"
>>331472206

my man,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLXXgCC_SGs&list=PLpqi4MkigFsArN3y1kri-hkBb0wGZKR8O&index=3
it was my first PS1 game the sounds the little creature made was irritating and some of the enemies were wierd aand it looks like dogshit but it kinda becomes a part of you in some perverted way.
I only liked this because that fast traffic cheat was very entertaining.
Dis
don't play it
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T PLAY IT
>>331477237
You must be new to terrible internet gaming culture.
Every jrpg known for being shit ends up with a following of contrarian turbo-weebs who insist it's good.
>>331472437
>Never ever seen anyone mention it.
because it's a Ninja Theory game (aka a turd not playing)
>>331471451
I still have this cart somewhere, and have still never played more than ten minutes of it.
>>331477671
I have this, it was prettyshitto be honest. I still like the concept though.
Fuck Fifa.
>>331471451
Had that game. Didn't really like it beyond exploring around and stealing the few vehicles.
Probably why I ended up liking GTAIII when it came out.
My friends and I nicknamed the little blobs of green goo that chased you 'spics' before we knew what that meant.
>>331470307
I wonder how this is emulated?
Oh who am I kidding.
My computer can't run the PS2 emulator for shit.
>>331473118
i still have some tunes i have made by memory on psx emulator from i once made on the original game
I can't remember the name of the game to post an image, so here's what I remember:
It's a PS1 space marine game where you fight aliens in a ship. I think the map was randomized but I have no idea, I just know it was kind of tactical and you could command via a map of some sort and you could swap between soldiers (IIRC)
man that game freaked me the fuck out as a kid
>>331472623
thats sheep dog n wolf? i think i still have it in apirated cd
Sequel to Zombies Ate My Neighbors that no one bothered to play.
You weren't missing anything.
>>331479230
Another shitty sequel to a good game.
>>331477979
>>331478334
I put my n64 collection in my aunts car back in the early 2000s because I was visiting family in Mexico and I wanted to take my games
She sold the car the day after we got there before I unload my stuff
Still pisses me off thinking about it to this day
Jet force gemini
LoZ OoT and MM
Star Fox 64
Smash Bros

Donkey Kong 64

>>331480017
Oh and fucking Armorines
God damn it!
>>331480017
I know the feel. I lost my original GB/GBC collection on vacation.
I have mixed feelings about the sequel though.
Literally never seen a thread about it.
>>331476427
yea I played it, completed Darius side but never got back round to finish Sharlene
>>331477237
This game has a following its small but its there, lots of youtube videos also the OST view count is proof
This game was great except for the fact you only get to take over the coolest enemy robot once outside of multiplayer
>>331476790
As a massive fan of Twisted Metal this looks amazing
>>331483626
My friend bought this shit cuz he played it with me.
He only played the dungeon game though.
I played both and it was awesome.
Game really is all about the dungeon crawling game though.
>>331483917
>die 30 levels down
>lose all your items
was there ever an end to it?
>>331476790
It was apparently one of the highest selling games on Xbox, so it doesn't really belong here.
It is also apparently only on Xbox. Fuck this gay earth.
Time to pull out a game i've never had anyone else say they've played in these kind of threads.
>>331474512
I played the demo for this, demo was fun.
>>331479516
I fucking love this game. Used to play the shit out of this game as a kid. Game is way better than maximum carnage in my opinion.
Any one?
>>331484210
I think there's a bottom level.
I can't remember, it's been forever.
I dunno, I sucked at video games back then and always died.
I'm sure I could rock it these days, but I'm so retarded.
I can't manage to get the original Playstation emulator to work.
>>331483626
I had one a toys r us demo disc with this game on it as a kid. Emulated the game sometime within the past couple years.
One of the first game I had on PS1.It's pretty hard to 100% as well
>>331485408
lots of people played this, anon. It was a huge influence on the guy who draws and writes Gunnerkrigg Court
I played it too
>>331485516
I rented the game so I just only got so far in 5 days. Hollywood Video was still around back then.
Fuck you, Netflix. Fuck you forever.
>>331485408
>>331485869
I think he's joking anon
i don't even remember if this game was good, i rented it once years and years ago
There was this one game, it was called Run For Your Life I think, that was just so awful, despite having the coolest cyberpunk cover and style. But damn did the gameplay suck.
>>331485234
>Seperation Anxiety better than Maximum Carnage
Are you kidding?
-SA had shit hit detection
-Almost all of the levels were "generic underground base"
-90% of the enemies were the same one color swapped soldier
-Worse music
-no more comic panel cutscenes
-very few places to wall crawl
-less interesting bosses and summons
-based on a less interesting comic arc
-no chances to switch between Spidey and Venom
It was worse in literally every possible way.
>>331486954
Better sidescroller beat em up in my opinion. I'm talking purely gameplay here.
Do homebrew games count?
This game was too fucking difficult.
>>331487180
>purely gameplay
But it had worse gameplay.
Worse hit detection and way more shallow and redundant with the limited wall crawling and enemies.
Pretty sure you must be trolling.
>>331488098
Eh I didn't really feel like the hit detection is bad like you're making it out to be. A lot of the web related attacks are better and I generally like the whole symbiote thing better.
This game had some of the coolest atmospheres of all games I've ever played. It wasn't exactly bad either, it just felt awfully short and some design choices made it seem like it just wasn't a finished game. I definitely want to play the PS2 version some day.
>>331477640
Amazing game! I wish they would have released a sequel...
Had the weirdest Controls for a first person game
>>331486334
PS2 version was unplayable, Xbox was great.
>>331490368
THIS GAME I REMEMBER THIS FUCKING GAME
THOSE FUCKING CONTROLS FUCKING CHRIST
>>331489623
Looks like batman if he decided to become the drummer for Megadeth.
>all these kiddies who grew up playing consoles
>not being a supreme gentleman and growing up playing DOS games.
>>331470307
The only Noel Batman adaption video game post Arkham franchise. With voice cast from the movie.
Play just to here Liam Neison's voice.
Some stealth mechanics that would latter be issued in Arkham Asylum can be found... though Arkham Asylums is better since the only way to disarm armed gaurds is by doing scrpited shit to scare them.
Sometimes you can turn into "fear toxin" batman when the a criminals heart beat is racing, but only in a take down cutscene.
Worst game I ever played and no one's ever heard of it. Do I win the thread?
>>331491570
>hurr durr no one's played fucking commander keen
>>331491684
Nah man... I do. Nobody has played Batman Begins on this thread I guarantee it.
>>331491684
Don't be a faggot, I played it too.
And gave up on the tutorial because of how shit it was.
>>331491684
I actually really liked the combat in this pile of trash.
>>331484172
Big Daddy scared the piss out of me as a kid.
>>331491684
Nah man I think i'm the real winner here >>331484774
>>331491684
It looks like a shitty knock-off of Avatar: The Last Airbender.
>>331491794
>mad
No pause menu sucked ass
>>331492110
It would be a knock off if avatar came first. It didn't. If anything avatar stole from that game
>>331491684
I remember trying to beat this game without a memory card, I managed the water earth and wind but the camera was dog shit and i kept getting headaches
>>331471568
Played the demo from the psx disc that contained a FF8 demo also. Was good shit though nostalgia glasses
I still like this game, if nothing else I loved the music.
Loved this game as a kid but I got stuck a lot. Sometime I need to play it again.
>>331492438I LIVE AGAIN!
>>331492438
>played the demo all the time on pc with my brothers
so fun, we were poor at the time, so I only got to experience the first level.
Please God anyone
Only real oldfags know about this little gem.
>>331492284
Though that's just a coincidence
>>331492438
>>331492838
Same here but I had the ps1 demo XI disc, had a bunch of other games on it too
>>331470307
Dirge of Cerberus and crisis core are both AAA titles, just so long you acknowledge the stories are retarded fan fiction and not canon, especially anything related to Genesis.
>>331493186
Is that the disk that had the first part of MGS on it?
>>331491684
>mudero mudero
Only played the demo from a ps2 disc from a magazine. Shit was bad and it was slammed by the mag as well. Think the demo had headhunter on it as well
Never got to finished it though
>>331493492
Had it on ps2, good times on coop
>>331492916
I rented it as a kid, it wasnt bad actually i liked it.
Idk if i could play it again though..
>>331493492
best game
honestly that was such a fun hang out with your friends game, come home chill witcha boys drink ur daily allotted soda life was good
7 times and counting, no one has played this
>>331493470
Now there was a great game. Probably the closest a game has come to the same feel and tone of Robocop.
>>331493461
No I don't think so, all I remember was a game where you are a UFO and Toca 2
>>331493492
Cel Damage was actually pretty popular.
>>331493604
If you're interested, it had an HD re-release last week for like eight or ten bucks.
>>331493492
>>331493604
>>331493750
HD release soon
>>331493492
Used to play this all the time with this weird kid who just happened to get an Xbox before everyone else in the neighborhood. He ended up being a molester and his sister killed herself
And that's how I remember cel damage
>>331493846
>>331493820
Oh shit it already released. Well I'm behind the times
>>331493896
What the fuck bro
>>331493806
I almost bought this in a local used games store last week. Now I'm inspired to go back and get it.
>>331472623
maaah nigga, this game is da shit
>>331493604
>>331493820
I only have my PC now, though i could still emulate it i guess
I remember it being really fun, it wasn't.
>>331494110
I haven't tried it, but if the PS2 emulation doesn't work well try the Gamecube version.
>>331493470
YOUR QUEST ENDS HERE
>>331494264
yea I never get problems with dolphin, and it's so much easier to configure. I had to use it for Summoner 2 since the ps2 one freezes at cutscenes.
>>331472437
Great game.
I never beat it but I do remember the combat system being kind of neat.
>>331493653
I bought it on a whim without even owning an Xbox. Had to borrow my buddies Xbox. Loved it, was mass effect with the homolust and shit dialogue and better gameplay before mass effect existed
>>331494619
I never beat it either too samey level design and it got repetitive
>>331494705
honestly i remember loving the game, but I got stuck because my xbox crashed or something like that. It sucks because i really liked what i played and I remember wanting to buy it but not having enough dosh.
>>331494594
Timesplitters: Future Perfect is also supposedly unplayable on PS2 emulators but runs like a dream on Dolphin. I keep meaning to download Dolphin for that specific game.
>>331490368
>>331491243
holy fuck, senpai. I was thinking about posting this game. what a pile of shit. god. i don't get seasick, carsick, airsick, dizzy, claustrophobic or anything, and this game gave me headaches. fuck eternal ring.
>>331493256
Love games like this. I remember playing the shit out of Vigilante 8, and 2nd Offense, as well as Twisted metal 1-4.
Gonna go check if the last Carmageddon is fixed now.
>>331491684
yeah. cause i remember wanting the devs to "go dai"
star wars galactic battlegorunds
hellgate london
>>331495190
Nah brah.
>>331495190
I still play this and Medievil for Halloween. Flawed game but very likeable.
>>331490368
Someone got me yesterday with Okage shadow King and it reminded me how I stopped and restarted that game something like 10 times and never actually finished it. I had to have done the same thing or even more times for this game. I still have both sitting on my shelf harassing me.
Thought it was a Japanese mech game, was not, still enjoyed
I still play it from time to time
The have it on the market and playing it on the psp is comfy as fuck
Championship Pool on SNES.
>>331495232
swgb was great, i actaully never played age of empires just that game and i spent many autistic hours playing vrs computers.
>>331491831
I actually did play that.
>>331470307
>tfw no RPG with DoC gun customization
Also pic related, I still listen to the soundtrack.
Does anyone else hope the Phil Hartman's wife is burning in hell for taking him and this series away from us?

>>331493752
Eat my dick, I played it. Never beat it but damn that game was fun. Transforming into different creates always wets my willie, like I love Kameo.
>>331493806
I played this once for about 2 minutes because it was my fathers and I just loaded his save to see if it was cool. I didn't know what was going on.
>>331492281
I never got the PS2 internet adapter for it, something I regret now.
>>331476427
Actually, sorry, never played this one, I played Forever Kingdom instead.
>>331495702
Remember playing the demo for this, thought it was fun.
>>331472668
Enslaved is a retelling of a section of Journey to the West. The specific section is a Eastern version of the Odyssey tale of the Lotus Eaters.
Pyramid's entire goal was maintaining the dream world linked to the leader's memories of the world before. To manage this goal, they were aggressively expanding to collect materials, people and memories. Additionally, they were attempting to create a buffer to prevent their own injury, as demonstrated by the climax; The only machine powerful enough to approach the pyramid was a massive warbot.
Pyramid completed this goal by sending out "slaves" to manage their holdings. These people had full connection to the real world, but were constantly monitored. This is why in the first chapter, the slave you force to help you is terminated; They cannot afford rebellion. This is also why Trip's village is eradicated.
The slaves are still linked into the dream world however, and are rewarded with access when appropriate. This is why the modified/damaged slave crown gives Monkey flashes of the old world.
When they reach the Pyramid, the leader has no recourse left. He cannot fight, he cannot deploy combat equipment to the inside without risking his people and failed to keep you away. At this point, he only has one trick up his sleeve, and that's why he offers Monkey a glimpse into paradise.
In a fit of irony and reversal of role, Trip is wiser than the young monk Xuanzang of the original work, and tears into the Pyramid leader, freeing Monkey, whose original inspiration was known for his cunning and the ability to see through illusion. With this, the Pyramid "matrix" breaks down and the people are freed from it.
>>331494619
This game is probably the most "Early-2000's" game I have ever played.
>>331483427
Hey bro. That's a nice bot there, It would be a pity if someone put a charged rivet in its skull.I was the asshole who'd break your weapons and camp your body.
>>331496078

I love those little details.
>>331498540well fuck you too
>>331500723Don't hate the player, hate the OH FUCK HE'S GOT THE SQUIDDIE!
>>331483427
I could never get past the fucking driving level, broke a controller out of frustration because of shitty controls and the fact it was timed
>>331489623
I think the ps2 version was sequel titled "shifters' have fond memories of the game the transforming aspect of the game was sick despite the shitty last boss, controls and ending.
>>331491147
this was fucking great, it was kinda similar to GOW hack and slash right?
>>331470307
I had a blast playing it and was super stoked Vincent got his own game because he was my favorite character from ff7, the controls were terrible though
>>331471451
>It was a great fucking game
It was an ok game, the story and the gameplay drag it down and all it really has going for it is vincent has a cool gun and you can customise it like mad.
>>331472089
Bought it brand new at a flea market still in its wrapping for like $3 a year ago and the guy had a stack of them.
Thought it would be an underrated gem but it was boring as fuck.
>>331495013
>>331493256
>vigilante8
you know that world is the same world as the >interstate 76 games
i bet no one ever played that!
>>331503658
Far as I've gathered, plenty played it. There was that sequel in the works for PS2 and PS3.
>>331491684
SHIT I REMEMBER BUYING THIS ONE AND HATING IT
I win.
>>331504719

The best in the series. Why don't we do items type games anymore...
Want some rye?
>>331504862
A true mmo
*fedora tip*
>>331497246
The gbc one was great. I laughed that the gba version was a piss poor platformer.
>>331501113
The reforming bots in that junkyard level were the scariest shit growing up ._.
>>331505231
always wanted to play it, can you still do it?
>>331470629
>65,000 enemies in screen at once
What the absolute fuck?
>>331505408
Played it with my dad all the time.
>>331471558
that's not fair, arc 3 isn't as good as 1 and 2, but its still better than the shit show that is twilight of the spirits
>>331505683
Ayy,found a pic. That IS a lot.
I'll post a couple games
>>331505398
Yea, the real game got bought out by EA and went to crap.
Sometime in the later 2000 emulators became sooo good, that I ended up playing the emulated servers that are free over what EA gives us.
Play emulated servers. Uogateway. Com is you're best bet for the, Oct populated free servers. Each one with their own rules, unique items, unique monsters. Looks for a server that has an active felucca side.
Uoforever seems to popular. Fair warning though... Russians love this game
No way anyone here knows this...
People prolly have played this game, but it's under appreciated.
>>331480727
Great game but the sequel was one of the biggest disappointments last gen.
>ost was god-tier tho
>>331476427
I played this, infact I've liked FROM for a long ass time and thing the kings field series and otogi >>>>>>>>> souls games
Armored core is too inconsistent for me to give it the nod
>>331506108
thanks anon. seems a fun game
Lizards are people too friend.
>>331506335
>well of souls
You glorious motherfucker
>>331506714
Everyone has played Gex and everyone knows the 64 version is greatly inferior.

>this was fucking great, it was kinda similar to GOW hack and slash right?
yea, it was pretty rad
>>331506468
Never heard of it, thats a sick ass box
Speaking of Snes. Literally titanic: the game. it's great
>>331506810
No fucking way!
If on he'd come back to life. I could see this on mobile.
>>331506468
Loved it as a kid.
My list:
Chaos Legion
Grim Grimoire
Radiata Stories

You fuckin kidding me, this game is at every family fun center and is almost as plentiful as sports trash in used game stores.
It's pretty fun though, all 20 minutes of it.
>>331506358
Considering the former Irem team regrouped and is set to put out the originally canceled Disaster Report 4, they might bring the Bumpy Trot/Steambot Chronicles 2 out of icebox after.
Genki's PS2 and dreamcast games are criminally fucking underrated.
this game somehow exists in the same continuity as Trails in the Sky iirc.
Feels a little, furry
I miss playing this...

man, the old days. isn't it hard to believe you never see the Acclaim logo anymore? Though, I feel Ubisoft is now possessed by the spirit of Acclaim.
Every time I went to my Uncle's place I played this on his Saturn.
>>331507923
GOG gave this game away for free a while ago right?
>>331507879
Loved that game as a kid.
>>331507921
To be fair, a new BMX XXX might actually sell pretty well.
>>331508062
yeah
>>331507602
All the Dragon Slayer games up to A Tear of Vermillion were pretty much all unrelated to each other. Hence all of them having different subtitles. From then on Falcom stopped calling every game they made "Dragon Slayer: <actual series name>"
Pretty much every Falcom series was at some point part of the Dragon Slayer franchise.
>>331506105
I have this on my shelf. Love the dungeon crawling. Gonna contribute a couple
>>331508293
>BMX XXX
what were they thinking. i remember being a fan of dave mirra bmx, seeing this, and just instantly feeling insulted as fuck, like they thought i was some kind of infantile retard.
>>331508616
literally everyone who had a playstation played this game. it was huge.
I have literally not seen a single thread about this game on /v/.
Or even a post about it.
Anyone else?
>>331471446
That game was the tits

holy shit was this game horrible but all i could afford
>>331508982
I enjoyed this game more than I expected.
>>331507602
who was the wizard and what is his legacy?
I know i wasnt the only one, but i never see it talked about.
>>331508848
It was pretty much their fatal mistake. Well, that and their ongoing lawsuits with mary-kate and ashley olson.
>>331503658
Posting the Japanese cover isn't going to fool anybody. Steambot Chronicles has a notable cult following.
>>331508916
Well fuck me then, I never knew these people. Never seen it on these threads either.
>>331509082
Yes, plus the hair trails behind you constantly and is really annoying.
>>331509132
So did I, I replay it every couple of years. It just has a certain charm.
I really have no idea what games other people played, but this was one of my favorites.
>>331509169
I can't quite remember I played it so long ago and it was pretty light on the story.
The cool part was that it was a big interconnected dungeon and depending on which family member you can select has different powers that allow you to access different portions of the map. I always chose the dog since he couldn't be harmed by enemies.
>>331509132
I have bad memories of it. Specifically the fucking mole robot boss thing.
That tom and jerry brawler game for the ps1. It had a good mp
>multiple characters to play\recruit
>leveling skills
>permanent death on characters
>secret location weapons and quests
This was very underrated, and bullshit that square doesn't re release this on psn.
Someone else has played this, right? I know it's based off a chinese cartoon, but I've never liked a game protagonist as much as I've liked Orphen. Also, this game's ending was my first experience with mindfucks back when I was 7.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzCEKqdF8Mw
that dank fucking breakbeat music
>>331496937
Holy shit finally someone, and yeah I thought it was fun too. Got stuck at some train level as a kid and gave up.
>>331509780
I played it but I got frustrated and quit almost immediately.
A Starsky and Hutch game for the PS2 my brother gave me for my birthday.
The game was shit but damn did I play the crap out of it trying to get all the collectables.
It says Greatest hits but fuck if anyone i know has ever played this masterpiece.
>>331509384
I grabbed it out of curiosity since I liked Brave Fencer Musashi. I expected terrible things because of the big change but it was still pretty fun and a nice new way of using the "copy ability" mechanic.
>>331496937
creatures*
also it sounds like you got willie on the brain
>>331509965
Played it, loved it. I used to use my gameshark to make awesome decks. Also White Rose > Red Rose.
>>331509780
I bought this because I like the manga but the battle system was so weird I gave up on it.
>>331509965
is this the one that is like a board game??
>had such hopes
>it was shit
>>331509282
Played the shit out of it when I rented it. Had a lot of fun making monsters but the only one I can remember making was the Koolaid man. Made him just because one of the items was a glass bowl and I wanted to see if I could. My friends and I had quite a few laughs with that. I also remember how pissed I was because no monster I made was ever better at that water skipping game than the first garbage monster the game automatically draws for you. I named it Queerofag because I hated that thing so much and because I was an immature high schooler.
>>331484210
>>331485516
Yeah the dungeon had a final boss.
It was aPhoenix and it killed one of your guys. Then you had to go back there with your other character and get the final tresure, a Phoenix down. Then came the choice of selling it and being mad rich, or using it to res your other guy.
The thing I remember most from that though was taking the 3rd dungeon entrance right at the start of the game, which leads straight to a boss fight.
Killing that fucker at lvl 1 took me ages.
>>331509715
2 was better imo my man
>>331510110
is that the real cover for the game? with listing fighting styles in that generic white font like that?
please tell me thats not the real cover of the game
>>331509958
Stop
>there will never be a 4chan deathrow bowl amongst all the boards
why wasn't this more popular?
don't the kids like skinheads these days?
Am I doing it right?
>>331510412
no.
Not sure about this one. I remember having absolute fun playing this game with friends.
>>331510287
Thats it, all right.
It was a JPN Xbox game, they didn't give any fucks
>>331510618
used to play this drunk all the time with my old landlord
>>331509980
Honestly, I just get a hard on for weeb shit that are generally over-the-top. This game checked all of my boxes
>>331510545
I remember the trailer for this that came with Onimusha 2, man I was hype never did buy it though .
>>331510618
My buddies and I spent hours on this back in high school
>>331510723
It's half a fun game. It does this stealth hybrid thing, and it really drags the game down.
>>331471897
Love this, it was a precursor to playing the onimusha games for me. To bad the sequel is shit
It sucked tho.
My fat ps3 can't run it, and my ps2 died life is hard
>>331470307
I played it, hated it, just wasn't fun. I find people either hate it or love, and I can understand both sides.
>>331480727
I really enjoyed the first game. Despite it's problems, it was an alright character action game.
>>331506472

this could apply to all console Castlevania's post SoTN
>>331506931
I legit am hosting servers for this right now.

>>331494192
I played that shit. It was pretty horrible.
>>331510184
Had that game back when it came out, including the Monty Python game by the same company and some demos of their other games.
Final boss was bullshit.
>>331511672
>Lament of Innocence
>disappointing
No.
>>331509379
Please, if it were notable there'd be some greater push for the sequel to get unfucked.
I think this is the only game I ever physically broke it was so bad.
>>331477557
I rented it multiple times since it was so comfy just to drive around the city
>>331490368
From Software really likes bad control schemes
>>331512180

>>331497246

>>331509379
Where can I find this cult, I wanna discuss this game with other fags ;_;
>Tons of quality minigames
>Relationship level to other playable character
>Private actions with them as well
>Classic turn based battle
>Arts that looks cool
>Yasunori Mitsuda
I am currently replaying it and loving every second of it.
>>331516254
I love the first game but I thought the sequel was disappointing.
>>331516704
The world and the story were pretty shit I admit but the rest were pretty comfy.
>>331516893
The voice acting in this game is terribad, but so good. My favorite is when you win the tournament later in the game and he says (probably to Kazan?) "I HAVE LEARNED SOMETHING ... MASTER." in the most robotic tone possible.
I love it.
>>331470307
I actually enjoyed this more than Crisis Core. They both had awful stories and characters, but at least DoC could be enjoyed as a fun mindless shooter, while CC is just a shittier, even more brainless and repetitive Kingdom Hearts with an ungodly encounter rate and a slot machine gimmick that kept interrupting the gameplay every 15 seconds.
I loved this game, at least until StarCraft came out.
>>331477640
I was actually going to post this. In my 10 years of coming to /v/ on and off, I've only seen it mentioned here once (by me) in a thread like this. It was pretty fun. Although I was pissed at the end becuase you can't fly out the way you came it, you have to blow a hole to escape else you get a game over.
got it in a bundle with pic related, which is also decent, but not as good imo.
>>331507923
Giants was fairly popular. I fucking love the game to death despite game breaking bugs back in the day.
>>331520723
I played the demo and i recall enjoying it a lot. Never got the full game though, since I was a poor kid at the time.
>>331476427
Complete garbage.
>>331520723
Literally on GOG and Steam.
>>331520036

It's funny cause it's the only final fantasy game I played, and in my group of friends, who played all ff games, nobody knew about this
>>331472171
I played the shit out of this
>>331490368
was just about to post this game
>>331521513
I played the demo that came in the first pcgamer i bought
and then it got a sequel that went even more into the edge territory.
>>331477640
Got it bundled with my GeForce FX (WHOPPING 256MB) back in the day, which I got fir pic related.
>>331481176
that fucking soundtrack though
>>331471568
Loved it.
>>331470307
This one may be Japan-exclusive but it's fully in English. It got cancelled for a US release because it gets wildly inappropriate at certain parts, or it might just be because it's too weird
>>331472171
i fucking also played the shit out of this
>>331493806
this was a great game. just wanted to chime in
>>331523080
Greatest time travel game. Really funny while not meaning to be. I still dont understand seahorse poison.
>>331504607
nah dawg i played this shit. i must say though i dug pariah because of how evil they were the chrysalis dragons by far with the most badass.
>>331507879
i played this as well. the only time it got fun was when that fucking cheat input actually worked.
>playing DoC
Why would someone do this to themselves?
It was actually a very good game, don't remember if I ever finished or not, tried to find it some time ago but couldn't even find a torrent.
