This entire problem could have been avoided if they talked it out before getting Greenlit.
In my opinion, neither of their stories add up, with both of them trying to lock eachother out because of a disagreement. It'll be obvious who was in the right soon enough though, since the game promises updates that one of them won't be able to fulfill.
