I couldn't tell you without watching the scene, but I couldn't think of anything like the song you linked right away, and I couldn't find anything similar from skimming the ost either. FFX doesn't have a Plus OST like FF9 does either, so if it's not in the official OST, it might only be in the game.

Yeah, I found another video with the same scene, listened to the song, and then checked it against the OST one more time. I also checked Jecht's list of themes on the FF wiki, it's not anywhere. I think you'll only get to hear it if you download a game audio RIP instead of the official OST, and it won't have an official name if you do. It seems to only be in the game.
If you skip to 15:00 you can hear it while Auron and Tidus are talking
