I have the beta and yes, it's pretty good.
I expect to have more content when released, because right now I feel i've explored the Imperium and Chaos entirely. Still it's a good game, easy to learn, but with fair depth in its mechanics and faithful to the 40k ambience, moreso than DoW2 shit.

Right now navigator points are useless as far as I've seen. Lost in the warp only happens for 1 or two turns as far as I know. Putting points in navigator only shortens the times that they are lost in the warp, I don't know if it helps to prevent them getting lost when you evacuate.
