Only the big "main bosses" don't have weaknesses. The rest have them. Some can be knocked down and some are hidden attack bonuses to certain elements.

You can't get the strongest elemental attacks in all your party members. You have 3 other party members aside from Yu, so you'd have to make up for it with your own persona.
Best way to handle it is to have the best elemental heroes on Yu as well so you can attack weaknesses twice. (Loki, Thor and Odin)
