Is it possible to improve on FoMT? I've played the two on the 3DS and the Rune Factory series, but all of them lack the outright charm FoMT has and feel chorey

I just made it to summer right now and love it.
I'm assuming for winter, crops are a no-go/scarce, so I'm gonna focus on mining/fishing, which is fine by me because I need plenty of ore for upgrades.

Those festivals and the picture book really gave life to the series.
All other games's festivals feels bland as fuck.
