That's the problem with these games that try to blend stats with action games.
They don't tend to scale enemy difficulty properly. You have to beat up thug type a to grind coins, use the coins to buy items to boost stats. You are now in even ground with Thug A
But now thug Type B is introduced, you're underpowered and now the whole process starts again. You're now in even ground with Thug B, but Thug A is now a complete joke and doesn't pose a legitimate challenge even when there's a screen full of them.
The game turns into a chore until eventually you get over powered and then the game turns into a bore

Bought it on Xbox Live Arcade to play with my bros.
I ended up getting all 200 achievements by myself.
I think I cheated and used a 2nd controller for maybe one of them.
Shame I didn't buy the DLC since the game was taken down.
I enjoyed it.
It's also a shame I never did get to play the game with any of my friends.
