It took the Ubisoft sandbox scheme and added grinding to it, along with a short as fuck story mode.
The game was forgotten in a week and it completely deserved it.

Yes I am paranoid as fuck about temps. My case is too small for the components that are inside it so I have terrified of them all frying. I can reach upwards of 84 during Tomb Raider and that makes me shit myself.

Generally most motherboards have emergency shutdowns anyway if the temps reach critical levels, so frying components isn't really a risk.
84C under load isn't too much anyway, on most cards. Check the specifications on the site and it will tell you the expected range.

Fucking loved Mad Max. Finished it today with 53 hours clocked. Got a bit tired of it towards the end but it still was a huge surprise for me how much I enjoyed it.

I agree, I'm not gonna pretend it's varied or anything of the sort, quite on the contrary. Then again, it's amazing how much detail the game has, pretty much every location is different, no two campsites with scrap were the same.
And the performance is indeed amazing, everything maxed on my 670 at constant (and I mean CONSTANT) 60 fps. Incredible stuff.

I'm just now playing Mad Max, and I'm maxed out on a goddamn 460GTX.
Runs pretty good, but man the game is surprisingly fun.
I thought it was gonna be some bargain bin shovelware bullshit.
Upgrading everything feels pretty good, and I'm glad there's fist fighting and not 100% car fighting.

I really enjoyed MM, for the first half.
By the town I got to Scrotus town I was burned out. I'd done everything possible in the previous map sections before moving on, so just ended up finishing the story.
Those extra encounters afterwards though. Fuck. Me.
Tomb Raider DE had a nice photo mode. Helped with Fapping.
