To get to the cave you have to find a ledge that you can't jump on so you have to airdash to it.
I actually found one that is pretty hidden.
In Twisted Metal: Black in the sewers multiplayer level is a wall that you can just go through. If you go in by making your car hop you'll be in a weird hall with a turn and on the wall is a giant picture of a baby. The only thing I could find on it was that some mexican guy also found it and made a video, but it doesn't even have a 1000 views.
