1 month early access starting March 29th if you throw $10 dollarydoos at them, otherwise it releases april 28th. Higher price plans give bigger starter packs which are cost efficient but you're risking that since for all you know the game could die fast.
Also the game is solid but I stopped at like level 100 in ICBT 2 because it was starting to get grindy and I didn't want to burn myself out before the actual release.

the $10 pack is shit, you'd only get that if you're ridiculously poor or don't care about the game for more than a month, the amount of TP you get can't afford anything significant, the $50 pack give you enough to play the game 5 months without much worries, and the stat reset scroll is invaluable since you can't get outside of very specific events.
The game is kinda niche, people who are desperate enough to pay to play 1 month early know the value of the pack, and were willing to spend money on the game from a long time ago. Free 2 play doesn't mean you won't ever spend money on the game, it means you can play for free but there's going to be things you'll want to spend money on for the game to simply exist, so far they're doing a good job, if people no longer want to buy stuff in a free game why would it exist anymore?
What is in the cash shop?
How much attention is required for combat/grinding? I like MMOs where I can multitask.
