Just use Cheat Engine and make all your guys S++. Hell, you can't even access every single weapon unless you have more than one FOB base.

Nope, you'll only get banned if you are manually reported.
AKA if you fight someone in an FOB and you start teleporting and if you are invincible.
Avoid cheating in staff though.

I am a FOB raider.
Every time I go to a FOB, I carry the fully upgraded battle armor, M60 machine gun, auto shotgun with drum magazine, submachine gun with silencer, and assorted explosives.
Nothing about my kit is ever non-lethal because I don't come to subdue or recruit; I come to kill and steal.
As soon as my insertion is complete, I start killing guards silently.
If the FOB owner is an idiot, I can kill everyone without raising a single alarm.
If I happen to get detected, I dig in, whip out the big guns, and assault the final platform until the guards forget about me or I kill everyone.
I once depleted a FOB of backup guards and amassed a body count of over 200 soldiers in one go because I kept looting corpses and refused to give up.
As soon as I win, I extract all crates on deck and leave.
I have amassed a fortune from raiding with this take-no-prisoners strategy, but it has not come without cost.
My demon points are so plentiful that no matter how hard I try, I can never do enough good deeds to wash the blood off my hands.
I have killed so many guards and terrorized so many FOBs with strong-armed robbery that I no longer care about sneaking or non-lethal extractions.
All I care about is razing FOBs to the ground with superior firepower and overwhelming shows of force.
If you happen to see a bunch of death, destruction, and theft in your FOB logs along with a massive decrease in your personnel, then I probably paid you a visit.
If you haven't experienced those kinds of losses yet, don't worry -- it's only a matter of time before I raid you, too.
