I hate this game because of three main things.
Everyone looks like shit, even your favorite waifu you spent hours on and you think it's perfect, no it looks like garbage.
And it's a snowy city landscape. Snow landscape is boring, lazy, and generic. Add on a boring city, and it's twice as boring, lazy, and generic.

There are two types of bosses enemies, big tanky fuckers with glaring weak points. Both are slow as shit short-range guys so you just backtrack while pumping them full of bullets, or hit their weak point to almost instagib them. There are also boss versions of regular enemy types, which of course are the same as everyone else just with more damage and health.

No medium of entertainment, art, or whatever is ever at it's height when EVERYONE loves it.

The bosses are just normal enemies but with more health and armor. At least in the dark zone. There's one boss fight against a helicopter in the main game, but that's the exception. Grinding the dark zone is just running between the few highlighted buildings where bosses actually spawn, because most streets are barren. Then there's the downtime waiting to extract and clearing out your stash to make room for more items since your backpack only holds 9 and your stash 30. I'd estimate this guy spent 2-3 of those days doing nothing but waiting and organizing instead of actually fighting anything. As someone who's played too much of it, it desperately needs some quality of life improvements.

There aren't any real bosses, just waves of enemies. There are different types of enemies like ones that throw grenades or rush at you with instakill shotguns though.
At the upper levels of difficulty (challenge mode) you start to see enemies with MUCH lower cooldowns and huge health bars. It's not really difficult to kill them, just time consuming.
