When I think of a fast paced game I think of Hotline Miami or Far Cry or even Half Life. Not Goldeneye. I think what OP is looking for is something like the picture that was posted, and I don't really think there's much of an equivelant in video games yet. The whole concept of Hardcore Henry is kind of all over the place.
