Judging from your soldier's stats you just put your Sharpshooter up the front to Faceoff/Lightning Hands everything and paid the price for it. Try letting your other soldiers kill shit and level up first, retard

Faceoff is fucking amazing but Serial can be just as useful with none of the risk. I use them both

game was tough at the beginning, but even on Legend, once you build up momentum the game is a joke. half the time i kill all the enemies in a pod before they can even take a turn.
