here's an idea:
you do an adventure/action zelda-like where you play one of the early gods during the shaping of the worlds. You go along learning the mythology, getting to know the gods and seeing the creations of the races. For this game you *fanfares* DEVISE A NEW, ACTUALLY MODERN, ENGINE.
You revitalize your company making your employees actually be creative, you get a smaller project to make a nice combat system in which can THEN be moved over into the next TES, AND you get to do the same for graphics in a smaller project where there actually is the budget for it, rather than having to make concent all the time.
I see a 15 hour game, tops.

Elsweyr and Valenwood. Have two different stories based on where you start. If not, have it be based on a border accident and you're trying to stop a war from happening but you fail and are ordered to fight in the army. Have a Dark Brotherhood faction based in Elsweyr though. That's all I ask.

I fucking loved that quest. Got it when it was night, was amazed when I walked out into the deck of the ship and saw that amazing Oblivion skybox with hundreds of stars and two moons in the sky while being on the middle of high sea. A pity that that is the only chance you get in the entire game to ever go into the ocean.

Elsweyr and black marsh would be a pain in the ass to create, and bethesda is way to lazy to actually do them,
Summerset isles is a possibility but I think they'll save it for later, same with valenwood,
High rock is nice and easy fantasy that bethesda can create without any real difficulty.

Elsweyr doesn't even exist as a "nation" by the time of Skyrim. It was divided back into the two ancient nations that pre-dated Elsweyr, Anequina & Pelletine, both under Thalmor rule

Anyone else think Tamriel is way too small? The Imperial city isn't even that big and it takes up so much space on the world map. I don't want them to go back to the scale of Daggerfall, but a larger world with bigger cities would definitely be better.
