Well, it is a bit suspicious that a site that calls itself 'PCMag' is writing an article about an electronic component for a video game console.
To be totally serious PSVR will be the best one to get.
The barrier to entry is much lower than the Oculus or Vive since most normies own a PS4 already. Unless Facebook or HTC start selling cheap pre-built PCs that can run VR and bundle them with the headsets, they're fucked.
PSVR will have a larger install base and therefore larger amount of games. I still think VR is a gimmick that will be dropped harder than the Kinect, but we'll see.
