PS3 and Vita versions are $29.99. I wouldn't mind paying that much for it if it has plenty of depth and a decent length but there is fuck all in the way of information on the game. some sources i've seen it's 15 hours, others say its 20+

Okay, for real, I looked at a gameplay video -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RL4hZacSLJ4 -- and it looks very similar to some Android games I played and liked, but with actual timing ala Legend of Dragoon. Take that for what you will.

Probably not, no.
It reminds me of the idea behind Lock's Quest on DS: trying to make tower defense interesting past a few minutes. I'm not sure if it succeeds but at least the gameplay looks fairly hectic and challenging.
