I play competitive TF2 and theres a lot of hackers at the highest level of comp. They hackers have even been VAC banned on confirmed alts of theirs but the community just doesn't care. It's sad really.

Nope, you are likely referring to CSGO overwatch bans which can happen to crazy good players. VAC bans go by technical stuff, tempering with files and shit.

VAC doesn't work that way retard, VAC is a system, server side, that detects memory modifications that are created in order to inject trainers/hacks/aimbots, whatever into the game. VAC is an automatic system, you don't report someone to be VAC banned, it happens when VAC detects if the person is using a hack.
It's usually very accurate, and very few cases (less than 1%) were proven to be false positive.

This is actually true. Usually cheaters hang around servers where autistic kids will mic spam them. If you just ignore him and make a public vote to kick/ban him or call an admin, they'll quickly leave.
