Undertale is at least ok or pretty good with an autistic fanbase and their shitty fanart or fanfictions or what the fuck autists do is at least based on characters that have a certain amount of depth to them.
FNAF is a pretty shitty, but fun game, but the characters are fucking not even living things and making whatever fucking fanfictions or something off them is way more autistic for that reason.

I had fun with FNAF when it first came out and there were all the interesting discussions on /v/.
I wasn't impressed by Undertale. It was a cute little game but fairly boring and it failed to engage me in any meaningful way (not that FNAF was much better, but it was tense at least).
In terms of autism, FNAF is the most autistic; its younger fanbase reminds me of sonic fans and that's not a good thing.
Undertale is generally liked by older people who are aware of how retarded their actions are. The FNAF kids don't realize how bad they are.

FNAF1 is a pretty smart and well made game that knew how to handle its atmosphere and design right
Undertale was likely made by an Autist, but the game still holds up fundamentally and has charming aspects and smart decisions to it's overall structure as a game and is multifaceted in design.
As for the fanbases, what do you fucking expect. They're both terrible, but you shouldn't let a fanbase rule your expectations and opinions.
