What I hated most about Mercs 1 was the load times. And how long it took to get around the map,
But mostly the load times. Jesus Christ those were bad on the PS2. It actually kinda reminds me of GTAV. Even on the PC that game takes longer to load than I'd like it to.

Anyone else feel the same way? I've been playing JC3 since launch since JC2 just can't work on Win10 but while some improvements and new features are great (the wingsuit is awesome, the physics are much better, destructible environments are much better, graphics are better etc.), it still does a lot of things worse than JC2.
Most of all is the tone of the game. JC2 was silly and over the top too, but it felt honest from beginning to the end. JC3 feels like they're trying way too hard to make things silly and light-hearted. Like a has-been comedian or something.
Still fun, just that I feel like I would much prefer to just play JC2 again.
That's the fucking game that got video games banned in my country. These fuckers always found a nice excuse to ban everything, video games cost lile 300$ here now. Cool game tho

JC3's problem is that there is almost no improvement from JC2. JC3 lacks really cool settlements like the racetrack, the Mile High Club, or even a civilian airport. They have a Formula 1 car in game, but no actual racetrack to use it on. What a waste.
