Level design was kinda bland. Most of the stages were just a bunch of floating platforms with no real sense of connectivity or theme.
Not sure if the sequel improved on that aspect.
On another note, a co-op mode for boss fights would have been dope.

The constant button mashing makes your arms hurt.
It's not ergonomically safe nor viable. My right is a literal machine gun when it comes to pressing buttons now, though. It's like a mini seizure that I can summon at will.
