Everytime I watch OUATITW I have an urge to play this game desu.And then I play it.
I tried Red Dead Revolver, but it seemed like a stripped down version of Gun. It was too arena based. Enemies came out in waves and only your clear time was important. Found no motivation to keep on playing

Rockstar picked up publishing rights after Sony got fed up with Brendan McNamara's incompetence.
That same incompetence led to Rockstar also getting pissed off and they eventually had to finish up development of the game too

I look at the jump between Revolver and Redemption and I want Rockstar to do the same with Manhunt.
That doesn't necessarily mean it has to open-word or anything. Just that it gets a decent budget and a bit of reboot in some of the mechanics.

Manhunt 2 was shit. Literally the only game I have ever physically thrown into the trash. That's why I want Rockstar to have another go at it. The original was flawed but fun. I think it could be awesome if it got fleshed out a bit more.

Redemption fans are the same as Halo 3 fans.
All they want is a PC port. Nothing changed, just the console version on a PC. It's not too much to ask.
Prediction: Whatever Rockstar's next game is will be announced and released this year and take the majority of outet's GOTY awards.
They're definitely working on something BIG. All of last gen they released 1 game per year. Technically their last new game was released in 2013.
That's just Rockstar North. Other studios haven't released anything for even longer than that (Rockstar San Diego haven't released anything since 2010 for example).
