G'day mateys!! I can run Fallout 3 at 1080p at 60fps with all the settings maxxed out on my Intel Core i5 4590 and MSI GTX 970 setup. And I have a lot of mods installed too.
So tell me again how the GTX 970 isn't worth it?

I have no idea.
I still use the very first pirated version that came out before the game was released.
Though I did use some mods that optimizes textures and stuff, so I guess it help.
Also turning off godrays saves a lot of FPS.
