I liked Baroque.
Zangeki No Reginleiv is pretty fun. It's true that Wii is full of shovelware but it's also full of good but no amazing games that some people might enjoy.
I, for one, found a lot of fun in Go Vacation, which is basically Wii Sports Resorts with more activities and free roam exploration.
Also Another Code R is another good and almost unknown game.
