I'm not even going to watch it, or play the game, but there is a certain level of brevity required if you want people to watch your gameplay videos. It's not going at your own pace, it's going at a pace suitable for a spectator. I can beat many games very quickly but it doesn't mean I do. I prefer to methodically explore and inspect the environment. A 12-hour campaign can take five times longer by taking the time to enjoy what is around as opposed to blitzing through something for viewership or to embellish how short something is.

The game is amazing, and everybody will see for themselves when it releases.
The AI is fine. Their fields of vision is good, and the time it takes for them to see through your disguise is balanced. The gameplay is fine and perfectly functional (though I do miss taking hostages).
The levels are extremely dynamic. All NPC's (including targets) constantly move around the map, and to actually perform the hit now is more challenging because there isn't really a moment where they're alone. Isolating them is quite difficult, though manageable.
I've been playing Paris for about 10 hours now and have barely scratched the surface.
