There are people who do that. It's kind of like swallowing an entire meal in one bite. I had some friends who did that. They'd spend up to 20 hours a day playing a game and would get bored within 4 or so days. Its Harvest Moon for the PC, most people playing have probably never played a Harvest Moon game in their life before so naturally they think its amazing.
I admit I enjoyed the open-ended structure and quick start but overall it requires very little effort to gain everything you want, and dating aspects are incredibly shallow.
