It's not being localised by Treehouse. I don't know how good Atlus USA are at translation but SMTIV had you fight a giant dick demon while some dude made penis jokes in the background, plus pic related so they don't seem that big on censorship.
Though I don't know if it's things like that which are considered "problematic".
