I'd play the fuck out of this. Give me a Naruto Sim any day where I can control my own village and take/remove bloodlines as I see fit to create the ultimate village.
Obviously I'd try and gather as many Water Kekkai Genkai as I could to try birth a kid with Boil, Wood, Ice and Storm release.
Honestly the only worthwhile character in the shitfest that is Naruto.
