Not that poster, sure some people have different tastes, but you can also break down why a piece of art fails at what it's trying to do on it's techniques like brush strokes, writing quality, acting performance, and sometimes while these elements might not be the best or even necessarily good some works manage to be better than the sum of their parts. However this is not an descriptor that can be applied to sword art online or attack on titan. Though I do occasionally watch the show too, it's not good at all. It's passable enough to warrant having it on tv if you need to watch something and nothing better available at the moment.

My problem with him is he likes to exaggerate entirely mundane things like titties bouncing or Light eating a chip.
He has a very good grasp of cinematography but when it comes to melodrama or just not so stellar moments he drags it on for way too long. I only called him a shit director to piss off that kid that thinks people can't like popular things for their own reasons.

I do agree about his melodrama, he went way too far in AoT for me. But damn his action setpieces, cinematography, and music integration are pretty fucking top notch.
