The mayor framing was very weak

Would've been better to just have it so you send suggestions to Town Hall for the ordiances and PWP and they just so happen to get approved, it would function identically but you don't get the atmosphere killer of being the "mayor", let alone one with minor control

Also I don't like the lighting they used, it's too "harsh"
