No. Gameplay-wise, Bethesda is only going to keep streamlining it to increase mainstream appeal. It's a fucking shame, though, been a fan since Daggerfall.
FO4 proved that they don't need any RPG elements in the game, they can just pretend they do. TES6 is going to be a first person action game with fake RPG stuff just like FO6, if not more stremalined.

I use third-person for exploration and sight-seeing and first for fighting shit. Is Oblivion better than Skyrim? If so, how is it better?
Is Skyrim worth giving a try (with mods, if they really improve it) if I loved Morrowind and put hundreds of hours into playing and modding it, but was really burned by Oblivion and never really felt like continuing the series since?

I torrent shit all the time and I haven't had an anti-virus since I got my PC. You can usually tell if what your downloading is going to fuck with your PC. If you're really so worried, just create a system restore point every time you download something, that way you can just restore your system to that point if everything goes to shit, not that it will.
Then you can start taking more risks, in doing so gaining experience on what might and what won't never fuck with your system. Eventually you won't have to ask these stupid questions.
