No, your PS2 cannot play burned, pirated games unless you open it up and solder something you can order online to it.
Some consoles allow for firmware exploits that you can use to disable the system that checks to see if the game is signed (burned games are not) like on the PS3, Wii, and 3DS.

There's many ways to play iso on PS2 but they all require more knowledge than an u amaruposter has.
I recommend the wii or ps3 version. Wii emulation is better and the console is also really easy to hack.
