I'm not OP but the video was someone emulating RS or E I can't remember which, and its brendan walking around in a city with poodles and then I don't remember if it was from the start or halwaythrough the video begins to glitch out, kinda like that distortion in old tvs when the screen would keep scrolling down infinitely and the colors had turned negative. Also I remember people saying this would only work in Chrome and not other navigators.
