This game looks a hell of a lot more like fanfiction than DaS2 did. They lazily reskinned the Nexus and just called it Firelink Shrine. Andre is back again for no reason and they literally just copy pasted Seigmeyer. Anyone who had problems with DaS2 isn't going to like this game unless they are massive hypocrites.

DaS1 was a game that tried to pretend it was a platformer when it didn't even have a dedicated jump button. DaS1 was full of a lot of shitty game design choices that people excuse for not real reason outside of them being mindless fanchildren. And no I'm not talking about the games difficulty because these games aren't hard, they just punish stupid players.

Part of the reason why people disliked DaS2 was because of the pandering but it was also because of the level design being shit, enemy placement being shit, bosses being shit etc etc.
So far the pandering seems to be in DaS3 but we know nothing about the rest. The bosses they have shown look varied at least.
