It was ok, really easy though. I stomped everyone with the bard guy and the final boss was just me juggling her with the guitar blast thing. I haven't touched it since I got my 3ds so about 3 or 4 years now?

No it's actually really bad. One of my big 3 buyers remorse on the 3ds(yumi's odyssey and sonic generations being 1st and 2nd respectively). It runs terribly, the combat is clunky, and its grindy as fuck. But if you get it for $10 or cheaper, it's an okay time waster. Definitely better games out there though. Like Senran kagura if you wanted sidescroller beatemup.

I bought the game on release day because everyone was saying how we should support this kusoge. The game was meh okay. I didn't like how the controls felt though. I definitely felt like I paid too much. And then 2 months later, they had a permanent price drop to a more reasonable $20. Early adopters/supporters got shafted. Then they released the game on just about everything else(vita/pc) at reasonable prices with better graphics/customization/content. So yeah, I feel like $30 for Umihara was one of my biggest buyers remorse.
Mediocre game until best girl shows up.

Bought it on release. Fun but lots of framerate issues and barely anyone to play with online. I was done with it in 2 weeks. Then I bought Senran Burst last year since everyone said it was immensely better than CoP when it first released. It's not really.
CoP has a lot of variety of moves between the main cast of 8 and I loved Ali the most for her long combos and combo routes. You can play as all the enemies in the game including the final boss that has some retarded strong moves. Senran is pretty button mashy like a Musou and probably wouldn't have gotten so much popularity if it wasn't for all the lewd in your face.
But CoP doesn't have customization for dress up like Senran has so there's that.
Code of Princess was ok, but you would be better off by playing Guardian Heroes Remake on the 360 or just emulating the original Saturn release.
do yourself a favor and just get Dragon Crown instead. Code of Princess is horrible. It's basically most of nintendrone's first beatemup so they love it.
Stages too short. Online dead from day 1. Game is too easy. It's bad.
