You have to find medicine for your sick sibling, the medicine being some mythical flower since the doctors cant do anything about it with regular stuff. The story is actualy very good in my opinion, not just some game that only kids will enjoy, as one may assume from the cover.
Theres also some sad scenes such as pic related. Generally a happy game most of the time though.

Its E for everyone, there is nothing bad like that. Its a world solely populated with dogs aswell so theres no cruelty or anything. The whole combat mechanic involves barking to scare unaware enemies, its cute and fun, nothing cruel or violent.
