The delay will vary depending on where you connect from. The best I've heard so far was around 8-9 seconds. In order to combat the delay, if it gets too rough, I'll be posting the actual timer so that people don't get screwed over.

Quiplash is the best for picking up and playing, the Party Pack has an art auction game that is pretty fun, though, but it's pretty labor-intensive and lengthy.
there's a Sound-based game in it that's hilarious, though, but just doesn't have the freedom of Quiplash.
If you just plan on playing with /v/, you'll be fine with Quiplash.
