Mystic Knight felt like it had no real magic element and the little magic it did have, was boring as fuck. Hitting a floating orb is not all that fun. Magick Archer has been a bit more interesting but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the daggers. Sorcerer has no melee, so I don't want that. Fuck sake this is a pain in the arse.

The first couple of quests are a bit difficult. you can actually lose a character in one other quest if you decide that going through 5 high level bandits isn't worth it.
Go to Gran Soren first, level up to about 15 along the way, then go back.

I just bought the game, it's asking me to make my "main pawn", how does this work in regards to balance of the game? I intended to play alone assuming Pawns were an online or pseudo - co-op thing, is the game on Hard enjoyably difficult without a Pawn or are they basically necessary?
