With that out of the way, I want to ask /v/ for some advice here.
I'm soon to be in possession of an alpha build of star wars battlefront 3 for 360. I release builds left and right (within reason) for 360 and ps3 if I get my hands on them and i want everyone else to have a taste.
Because this is a fucking high profile title, one that lots of people want, I need to be sure this is handled properly. Lucas as far as I know is not one to put this shit down lightly, and as such, uploading it worries me.
If I were to release this publicly in the near future (i'd give it about a month if everything goes smoothly) how much legal action would Lucas take to shut this shit down?
The build is in the hands of an unknown amount of people (I'll assume 15 or 20) and it hasn't been leaked because of the possible lawsuits involved and as a result nobody wants to be that guy (and collectors like their shit not leaked).
So /v/ what are my options?
