This is a game that could greatly benefit from a remake. However, if they were to do a remake of it, they wouldn't make it like this. They'd fuck up all the weapons in a piss poor attempt to "balance" them, they'd make everything like DaS2 basically (the physics and everything) and they probably wouldn't do anything I mentioned.
