In fact, I am still playing games that released years ago, I don't have that anxiety to finish games quick anymore and jump to the next one, I take it slowly now and enjoy my time/adventure with it. I'm not one of those fags that have 200 games on Steam and only still play TF2 for thousands of hours.
What I want to know is if they will eventually come to the PC because I don't wanna buy a console then a few months down the line they are announced for PC. Who the fuck would have thought that Dragon's Dogma would find it's way here, and running amazingly no less. But some of those games seem unlikely. If they are also coming to the Xbone, there is no fucking reason why they couldn't be on PC.

I get that some PC-only guys are cynical and don't care to get a console because after all they get FF13 4 years later or DD 3 years later, Disgaea 13 years later, or (as you mentioned) FF9 16 years later and don't mind, because they didn't care about those games in the first place. It's just a nice bonus that pops into Steam some day.

jap games usually sell much less on PC, and at a much lower profit margin (lower starting price and huge discounts). It's only natural most jap devs ignore it altogether. The only 2 franchises you can rely on as Neptuna and Tales of games.

I understand that perhaps you wouldn't buy it in the first place, but I've already seen plenty of people here on /v/ saying they canceled their pre-order since they got it for free.
By the by, if you're sure you're going to buy a PS4, make an account ASAP before buying it, and keep an eye for the monthly PS+ "free" games. There may be some months where the 4$ investment is worth 2 or 3 games you want to play and you get them at a fraction of their price. It's all account bound, so as soon as you get the PS4 you have a dozen or more indies to play. A friend of mine is doing that, anyway.

/v/ is a small audience. Core gamers in general are a small audience. And some Jap games has been doing well on PC.

I will think about this. I don't really care much for online on consoles since I already have a PC and most games have dedicated servers while consoles still use P2P.

Not denying that, just saying they don't do nearly as well as on consoles. And since a lot of jap dev teams are smaller and/or have a bigger workload, it's not worth their time if the game is on a complex engine (unlike Nep/Tales)

Nowadays multiplat games tend to be equal on both. AFAIK battlefield for example uses servers on both, even if matchmaking is different.
PC exclusives are another matter
But I wasn't refering to online play, just the heavily discounted games you might get by subscribing here and there. Personally there hasn't been a year where my PS+ subscription wasn't worth 2x or even 3x its price, and I only own a PS4. PS3 has been getting a lot of full games through PS+ lately, you'd benefit from both unlike me (PS4 is my only sony system).

That list is as trustworthy as it gets, as it's taken straight from Steam's database. It's entries that are already on there, only normally hidden from view, that ended up showing up by mistake in the Steam helpdesk. Roughly half of the leaked titles were confirmed already, most of the others are very much believable.
This coming from an idort, I don't get what you gain by downplaying the leak. Most of those games are coming... and most of them are also more years old ports. Nothing new under the sun.
