The people I have met who smoke weed have left a very bad impression on me.

I say 'helper' but we are both employed for the exact same job. We're technically all tutors but he's just naturally gravitated to filling the smallest hole which is walking around to help people who are stuck - which 4/5 times if they're stuck on a programming thing he just gets me to go and help them since he doesn't understand what's wrong
Mistakes in programming are inevitable - but if you self-admittedly make more mistakes than progress when you code then you're in no position to teaching anyone anything. And regardless of that, you certainly shouldn't be teaching kids horrible habits like putting in the brackets around a method or if statement AFTER you've written the code that's meant to go inside it.
