Oh fuck I sort of remember the cartoon this is from. Isn't it like some penguin got lost and couldn't find his way home because Donald Duck was being a fucking asshole? I remember as a kid there was this and some other cartoon about getting addicted to cigarettes on a single VHS tape ,and they drew the penguins sad eyelids the same as the dude who was dieing of emphysema.
