Procedurally generated levels does make for replay value, that's just a meme the developers sold you on, and it isn't the 1970/1980's so high scores don't actually matter anymore, and even if they did the fact that the level's are procedurally generated makes the highschore system inherently bullshit.

You're just implying I meant the procedurally generated levels are the replay values. There are a lot of items with neat tricks to all of them, which make it so you can play the game in different manners.
Even then, if you have played the game multiple times you see repeated generation in the levels so it's mostly just doing it in small sections
Of course, this is still up to the fact that these are two rather different games

Many if not all of the items synergize well and if they're carry-items, they're incredibly similar and if they're not similar they're objectively the best (shotgun, lazer, etc)
And even if they still are two different games, there's certainly a quality difference from Sonic 06 and Halo 1.

Having to endlessly cycle through turns waiting for the slower party members to catch up every time I wanted to open a door or just leave the dungeon was agonizing. There was no reason for the game not too allow free movement outside of combat.
