Not consistently though if you're also dodging projectiles. Especially if you die once and the POWs don't run onto the boss stage so you're stuck with the pistol.
Metal Slug is fun as fuck, but don't act as if it's mechanics weren't painstakingly designed to eat your tokens.
Shit like the mummy dogs always just being a little too short to shoot when they are on an incline, even if you crouch.
